Synastol®TC (Terminalia Chebula Fruit Extract):
What it is:
A standardized extract of Terminalia chebula, a broad-spectrum antioxidant known for its high ORAC activity. We formulate with a standardised grade (Synastol® TC) to keep composition consistent.
What the research says:
In clinical studies on the ingredient, Synastol® TC improved the appearance of fine lines, uneven tone and the under-eye area over 4–12 weeks. In-vitro tests showed reductions in reactive oxygen species (ROS) and lipid peroxidation induced by sun, pollution and blue light, and lowered pro-inflammatory markers IL-6/IL-8.

What it is:
A high-purity, well-defined form of bakuchiol (>99% pure), derived from Psoralea corylifolia seeds and positioned as a retinol-like cosmetic active with a gentler tolerability profile. We formulate with the Sytenol® A grade for consistency and stability, within supplier-recommended ranges.
What the research says:
In clinical studies on the ingredient, Sytenol® A delivered retinol-like improvements in the appearance of photoaging markers (fine lines, wrinkles) and uneven tone over ~12 weeks, while reports of scaling/stinging were lower than with retinol in the same timeframe. Unlike retinol, bakuchiol is non-photosensitising and can be used AM/PM.

What it is:
An extra-low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (avg. <10 kDa) engineered to penetrate the stratum corneum (horny layer) and bind water, rather than sitting only on the surface. We formulate with the Hyalo-Oligo® grade for consistency and purity.
What the research says:
Supplier studies on the ingredient report detectable penetration into the stratum corneum and long-lasting moisturisation, assessed by skin conductance, that can persist after washing and beyond 24–48 hours in test conditions. In-vitro/clinical materials also note reduced water loss signals vs. conventional HAs of higher molecular weight.
