Shipping
Yes. Express options are available at checkout for most locations. Cut-off and rates are shown at checkout.
We ship worldwide (some destinations excluded if carriers restrict liquids). Duties/taxes are set by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Australian orders usually dispatch next business day. Delivery time depends on your location and the service chosen. You’ll receive tracking once shipped. See our Shipping & Returns page for current estimates.
Free shipping applies when your order total meets the published threshold after discounts/coupons. If codes drop the total below the threshold, free shipping doesn’t apply.
Returns & Orders
We’re a small, artisan brand and can’t accept change-of-mind returns. If something isn’t working for your skin, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll help troubleshoot routine timing/layering. If still unsuitable, we can offer a one-time credit or refund on your first purchase of that full-size product. See Shipping & Returns for full conditions.
Many reactions are timing/stacking issues. We’ll review how you’re using the product (AM vs PM, frequency), what you’re pairing it with (SPF, actives), and adjust steps/tempo (e.g., reduce frequency, change order, buffer with Replenish before oils) to bring your routine back into sync.
If your order hasn’t been packed, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Email hello@beautyinus.com.au ASAP with your order number.
So sorry! Email us clear photos and your order number within 7 days so we can make it right.
Product & Ingredients
Yes—100% vegan, never tested on animals.
Yes, concentrated botanical and essential oils, including certified organic ingredients such as Camellia, Jojoba, Rosehip, and Seabuckthorn.
Yes. Each blend is chosen for both scent and its sensory, emotional, and skin-supportive benefits, from calming to uplifting.
No. We use essential oils and aromatic botanicals only—no synthetic fragrance. Sensitive-prone? Check each product’s aroma profile and patch test.
We don’t use peanut oil, but some formulas include seed/fruit oils (e.g., raspberry seed, rosehip, baobab, sacha inchi). If you have a nut/seed allergy, review the full INCI on each page and patch test. Email us if you’re unsure.
We don’t intentionally use gluten-containing ingredients. Out of caution, those with coeliac disease should patch test and review INCI.
We don’t add palm oil as an ingredient. Where a raw material can be palm-derived, we request palm-free grades wherever possible or RSPO-certified supply.
Water-based formulas (e.g., Replenish, Release) include gentle, globally accepted systems (e.g., phenethyl alcohol, ethylhexylglycerin, ferments) to keep products safe. Oils are anhydrous and don’t require classic preservatives but do include antioxidants (e.g., tocopherol).
We pair clinically supported actives (e.g., Synoxyl® AZ, Hyalo-Oligo®, Synastol® TC, Sytenol® A) with purposeful botanicals and CO₂ extracts (e.g., kakadu plum, blue cypress, seabuckthorn). Small-batch made in Australia, with no fillers—every ingredient has a role.
Check the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the label (typically 6–12M). Store cool, dry, and out of direct sun (ideally below 27°C). Keep lids tight.
Some products contain essential oils or salicin-containing botanicals. We recommend reviewing the INCI and consulting your healthcare provider. Where relevant, labels/site will note extra caution (e.g., some aromatherapy items are not recommended during pregnancy).
We work with reputable Australian and global suppliers who provide COAs/specs and traceability. Many ingredients are certified organic; see each product page and our Ingredient Glossary for details.
Never.
Using Our Rituals
Replenish is water-based (humectants, niacinamide, chebula) to hydrate and visibly brighten. Shield/Retreat are oils that seal in moisture, provide lipids/antioxidants, and support comfort. Typical order: Cleanse → Replenish → Oil → SPF (AM).
Many find serum + oil sufficient. If you prefer a cream, layer it after Replenish and before your oil, or sandwich per feel.
Yes—our range is designed to be gentle and rhythm-aware. Start slowly, patch test, and follow the CycleSync prompts on each page. Email us for personalised guidance.
No microbeads or gritty scrubs. Release uses enzymes and gentle fruit acids to re-texture without stripping.
No. Always pair your AM ritual with a broad-spectrum SPF.
No. Lightweight, fast-absorbing oils like Jojoba, Camellia, and Rosehip nourish without a heavy finish. Patch testing is recommended, as every skin type differs.
Yes. Layer Beauty in Us oils into your existing routine alongside actives to support nourishment and comfort. Introduce gradually and observe how your skin responds.
