Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide and to most international destinations. If your country isn’t appearing at checkout, email hello@beautyinus.com.au and we’ll help.
Processing times
Orders placed Monday–Friday are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day. During launches/sales, dispatch may take a little longer.
Rates & timeframes
- Australia & New Zealand: Standard Post: Free over AU$109 (AU$13 flat rate for orders under AU$109). Express Post: Free over AU$199 (AU$18.00 flat rate for orders under AU$199)
- International: All international orders are charged AU$45 flat rate for delivery. (duties/taxes may apply on arrival).
Please note: If discounts, coupons, or other offers reduce your order total below the free-shipping threshold, free shipping will not apply.
Tracking & delivery
You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is on its way. If you choose “Authority to Leave,” the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place; Beauty in Us® isn’t responsible for loss after a successful scan.
Address changes
If you need to update your address, contact hello@beautyinus.com.au promptly. We’ll do our best, but can’t amend orders that have already been packed or dispatched.
Duties & taxes (international)
Customs duties/VAT are determined by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. If a shipment is refused, any return freight, original postage, and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, email hello@beautyinus.com.au within 7 days (AU) or 14 days (intl.) with your order number and clear photos. We’ll lodge an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
Eco-conscious packaging
We favour recyclable or reusable materials and right-size parcels to reduce waste. Please recycle where possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We want your ritual to feel good on your skin and in your life. Because our formulas are fresh, active, and hygienically sensitive, our policy balances safety with support.
Our Promise (ACL)
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll repair, replace, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Email hello@beautyinus.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Change of Mind
We’re a small, artisan business and can’t accept change-of-mind returns. Thanks for understanding.
Skin Compatibility (first full-size purchase only)
If your skin isn’t getting along with a product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@beautyinus.com.au. We’ll first help troubleshoot usage and rhythm (often it’s an amount/timing/stacking tweak). If it still feels unsuitable, we can offer a store credit or refund on your first purchase of that full-size product.
What “troubleshoot usage & rhythm” means (quick check):
- Amount: use fewer drops/pumps; thin layer only
- Frequency: reduce to 1×/day or every second night
- Order: cleanse → Replenish (serum) → Shield (AM) / Retreat (PM)
- Timing: actives at night, cushioning lipids last
- Buffering: mix 1–2 drops face oil into moisturiser or apply over damp skin
- Environment: add SPF/hat in high UV, shorten routines during flare-ups
Eligibility & What we’ll ask for
- First full-size purchase of that SKU (excludes samples/minis/sets)
- Product ≥80% remaining and returned once RMA is issued
- A brief description of your routine, frequency, and what you felt (photos helpful)
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
Not covered: fragrance preference, scent strength, results outside a realistic timeframe, purchases made from stockists (please contact the store directly).
Incorrect / Damaged Items
Email hello@beautyinus.com.au within 7 days with photos. Keep all packaging. We’ll sort a replacement or refund swiftly.
How refunds/credits are processed
- Refunds go to the original payment method once the return is received and checked (allow 3–5 business days).
- Original shipping is non-refundable.
- Please do not send returns without an RMA (Return Authorisation).
Returns process (AU & international)
- Email hello@beautyinus.com.au with your order number, the item(s), and reason.
- We’ll reply with next steps and a returns address.
- Pack securely; we recommend tracked postage. We’re not responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Once received and inspected, refunds go to the original payment method (allow 3–5 business days for your bank to clear).
Safety & notes
- Please patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- We cannot accept returns on used perfume/roll-ons for change of mind (hygiene).
- Orders placed with third-party stockists must be returned via the place of purchase.
