Orders & acceptance
Placing items in your cart doesn’t reserve them. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it and send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues); if so, you’ll be refunded in full.

Pricing & payment
Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Shipping is additional unless otherwise stated. Promotions can’t be stacked unless specified.

Subscriptions
If you subscribe to recurring orders, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method at the chosen interval. You can manage/cancel future cycles via your account up to 1 day before renewal. Discounted subscription orders are not eligible for additional promo codes.

Digital services (CycleSync Portal)
Access is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not share login details or redistribute content. We may suspend access for misuse.

Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, images, logos, designs, videos) is owned by or licensed to Beauty in Us® and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

User content & reviews
If you submit a review or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business (e.g., on our website, email, and social). Please don’t post unlawful, misleading, or infringing material.
