How to use

Day (2–3 minutes)

In the morning, warm 2–3 drops of Shield and press over skin as your daytime oil. Let it settle, then finish with SPF.

Roll Morning Glory onto pulse points — wrists, behind ears, or back of neck. Press wrists together lightly, bring wrists toward the nose, and take one even 5·5 breath.
