Shipping Policy
Australian Shipping
Standard Post – Free for orders over $149 (or $12.50 flat rate for orders under $149).
Express Post – Free for orders over $199 (or $15.50 flat rate for orders under $199).
Please note that if discounts, coupons, or other offers reduce the order value to below the threshold, free shipping will not apply.
For added security and parcel tracking, all shipments are marked as requiring a ‘Signature on Delivery.’
International Shipping
All international orders are charged a flat rate of $20 for delivery.
International shipping is not included in our free shipping offer.
Taxes, Customs Duties, and Fees:
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties, and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, the cost of returning the shipment, and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund, plus a 5% restocking fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Beauty in Us is not responsible for return shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products. Items sent via our shipping carrier are not automatically covered for loss or damage.
Shipment Time
Please note that shipment times are not guaranteed by Beauty in Us or our shipping carrier. We are not responsible for an order once it’s in the shipping carrier’s system.
To ensure your delivery arrives at the correct destination and on time, please make sure that someone is available to sign for and collect the delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please notice that we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Faulty or Damaged Products
At Beauty in Us, we take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is faulty or in a damaged condition, we’ll gladly reimburse you as per Australian Consumer Law. To return a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at info@beautyinus.com.au.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, we do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind.
